One Capability. Every Application.

Same precision. Different deliverable. Every industry, every job.

What We Deliver

Every engagement produces one or more of these. The industry changes which ones you need — the capability behind them does not.

We Make Your Site Digital. Your Team Makes Decisions.

A professional partner from first flight to final file.

Sellers Logistics & Productions is a reality capture and visual production company based in South Florida. We deploy enterprise-grade drones, ground-based cameras, and precision sensor systems to deliver structured, production-ready data and media that meets your project specifications, timeline, and compliance requirements.

Aerial capture is the core of most engagements — it's what construction, survey, inspection, and property documentation run on through every phase of a project. When a job also calls for the interior side of the record, ground-based 360° capture extends the same visit: interior walkthroughs delivered as shareable links, plus confined spaces, stairwells, below-grade areas, and mechanical rooms. Combined with aerial data, it produces total site coverage from one mobilization.

With hands-on operational experience across construction, infrastructure, real estate, telecom, insurance, commercial media and more, SLP brings the field discipline and technical depth required to integrate with your team from day one. Whether you need georeferenced mapping data for an engineering review, inspection documentation for a claims file, or broadcast-quality content for a marketing campaign — every deliverable is organized, formatted, and handed off ready to use.

If you're deploying reality capture data for the first time, we'll walk you through what's possible and how to put it to work. If you have defined specifications and an existing workflow, we'll execute to them. Either way, you get a partner who shows up prepared, operates within all FAA regulations and site safety requirements, and delivers on deadline — every time.

Eliminated Site Risk

Aerial access to rooftops, towers, facades, and confined spaces. No ladders, lifts, or crew exposure required.

Deadline-Driven Delivery

Rapid turnaround on every deliverable. Expedited options available for time-sensitive projects and active job sites.

Precision & Consistency

Standardized capture protocols and processing workflows ensure repeatable, high-quality output across every engagement.

FAA Part 107 Certified

Every flight mission-planned, logged, and executed in full compliance with FAA regulations and site safety requirements.

Structured File Handoff

Deliverables labeled, organized, and formatted to spec before handoff. No raw dumps. No follow-up sorting.

Interior Coverage Available

360° ground capture can be added to any engagement — interior walkthroughs delivered as shareable links, plus confined spaces, stairwells, and below-grade areas. Captured on the same visit as the aerial work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What contractors, engineers, and property teams ask before the first flight.

What does drone mapping cost in South Florida?

Pricing is scoped per project rather than sold as a flat rate, because the variables move the number significantly: total acreage, whether the deliverable needs ground control points and RTK corrections, how many separate flights the site requires, turnaround speed, and whether you need a one-time capture or a recurring progress package.

Recurring construction documentation on a weekly or monthly retainer costs less per visit than one-off mobilizations. Send your scope through the quote form and you will get a firm number, not a range.

Do you certify, stamp, or sign off on survey and inspection reports?

No, and that is deliberate. Sellers LP is the data collection provider. We fly the site, process the imagery, and hand off production-ready deliverables. The certifying party is always the licensed professional on your side — your surveyor, engineer, inspector, or adjuster.

This applies to every service we offer, at every accuracy level. It keeps the chain of responsibility clean and means you are never relying on an uncertified sign-off.

How accurate is the mapping data?

Two levels. Relative accuracy is the standard workflow and is suitable for construction progress tracking, site documentation, stockpile volumes, and general mapping support. Survey-grade collection is available and requires ground control points placed on the site plus RTK corrections.

Flights are RTK-enabled using Florida's open NTRIP correction network. Either way, the licensed professional on your side validates and certifies the final product.

What areas do you serve?

Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties are the core service area — Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Davie, and the surrounding South Florida corridor.

Sellers LP travels nationally for the right project, and operates a vetted pilot network for work outside our direct range or equipment capability.

Do you need FAA authorization to fly near Fort Lauderdale airports?

Yes, and it is handled before the flight. Much of Broward and Miami-Dade sits inside controlled airspace around Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), North Perry (HWO), Miami International (MIA), and Palm Beach International (PBI).

Sellers LP operates under FAA Part 107 and files LAANC authorization as part of standard mission planning. Airspace coordination is part of the job, not a surcharge.

What file formats do you deliver?

Standard, non-proprietary formats that drop straight into your existing workflow: GeoTIFF orthomosaics, LAS/LAZ point clouds, OBJ textured meshes, DSM and DTM raster data, DXF and SHP contour files, and full-resolution JPG imagery and MP4 video.

Deliverables are processed through DroneDeploy, which integrates directly with Procore, and we also process in Pix4D and WebODM when a project calls for it.

What equipment do you fly?

Primary aircraft is the DJI Matrice 4E — an enterprise mapping platform with RTK positioning, used for orthomosaics, 3D models, elevation data, and close-range inspection imagery. The DJI Air 2S covers real estate and marketing work.

Ground capture runs on a Canon 7D for interior photography, an Insta360 One RS for 360-degree walkthroughs and confined-space documentation, and DJI Pocket 3 cameras for cinematic B-roll.

Are you licensed and insured?

Sellers LP operates under an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (#4779154) and carries full commercial liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and we can name additional insureds for job site requirements.

Nathan Sellers holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Unmanned Systems from Indiana State University, with 2,000+ flights, 1,500+ flight hours, and 300,000+ acres mapped.
